Top IDF Commander Taken Hostage By Hamas Dead; 'Body Held In Gaza'

Hamas has reportedly killed Israel's senior-most commander. The Israel Defense Forces announced that Col. Asaf Hamami missing since October 7 was killed that day. The IDF added that his remains are being held by Hamas in the Gaza Strip. Hamami was the commander of the Gaza Division’s Southern Brigade. He has been recognized as a “fallen soldier held by a terror group." This brings the toll of fallen soldiers in Israel's war against Hamas to 396. Watch for more details
